Shipping

• Delivery time: orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping costs depending on the size of your order and will be calculated at checkout. You can also choose free pickup in the city center of Groningen. Details will be shared after your purchase.
• Track & Trace: once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.
• We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For international shipping outside these countries, feel free to get in touch with us.

Fragile Items

• Fragile items (such as glassware, ceramics, or mirrors) are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours by emailing doornbosmerle@gmail.com, including clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
• We will make sure to provide a suitable solution.
